Autumn Leaves

I have to thanks Samantha for this genuine take. We were walking around Hyde Park and we saw this. As good tourists we stopped by and checked it out. So I went up front to read what the inscription said and I guess Sam, just took out her camera and took a shot at me reading. There is many extraordinary things about this picture. First, it seems like I wear a skirt. Who wears a skirt to sight-seeing?!?! I don't I just had wide pants on and it floats on like I have a skirt, funny no?. Second thing, my finger is perfectly parallel to the crease in the stone block. What were the odds?!?!? And finally, we can see it ain't raining! Try telling your friends that you got only 3 days of rain in your entire month visiting! (and so, the two times I visited the city!) Moreover, it was past mid-september and we had a wonderful weather. Blue skyes and warm temperature.

September in London

Here I was, two years ago, in London. My best friend and I had just got off the taxi (unfortunately not those comfy black -expensive- ones) coming down from Gatwick airport. It was mid-september and we were settling for almost one month of touring the rainy city. My friend Sam is taking the picture, we can actually spot her on the door, she wears a red shirt. She had taken her camera and quickly snapped a picture of me searching in my small blue backpack. We stood outside the hostel near Hyde Park and we were a few minutes away from going in. It was weird back then, not knowing what to do as travellers in a new city. It was my first trip (London is a nice destination, no?) and I really had no idea what to expect. Overall we were both really happy and excited.
